such as two different settings at the same time - and i don't think the changes are in effect. Reinstalled the graphics driver (the pnputil.exe shows removed), i have tried running in safe mode with video enabled, I have also tried running the exe as an admin - which fixes the problem however i must run each time as admin otherwise the settings revert I have tried creating and using a different admin profile altogether with no success. once i exit and restart nvidia control panel - the settings revert back. When i try to change nvidia control panel settings (3d settings) the settings do not save i.e. I know this software isn't Microsoft, but maybe you can help as it uses Window's security user rights I have already contacted nvidia technical support without any luck they suggest that this problem is related to either Windows, or is user profile related.
